When I was younger my mother used to take my brother an I to our favorite burger joint on the weekend. I remember them having this amazing Seafood Pasta, that my mother always ordered. It had artichoke hearts, bacon, shrimp, scallops, mushrooms, and more delicious mouth watering ingredients. The burger spot eventually discontinued the pasta, and I was left to create my own version. I wasn’t in any position to buy all the ingredients that the restaurant used in their seafood pasta. Therefore, I bought what I could and came up with a inexpensive seafood pasta. I’d like to share my recipe with you all. Before we get started, I like my spinach cooked very well. If you like a little crunch to your spinach, add it after you cook the seafood. Here it is!
